● Asagiri Plateau Pork Charcoal-Grilled Bowl
This is a pork bowl made with loin meat from Asagiri
Plateau Pork, grilled over charcoal. Asagiri Plateau Pork is
raised in an environment with clean air at an altitude of 700m
to 1000m in Asagiri Plateau. The pigs drink delicious water
sourced from the underground streams of Mount Fuji, and they
are raised in a stress-free, natural environment. As a result,
the meat is tender, light, and has very little odor, allowing
you to fully enjoy the natural sweetness of the meat. We use
only thick-cut loin meat from Asagiri Plateau Pork, grill it
quickly over charcoal, and generously coat it with our secret
sauce. Please enjoy this exquisite dish.
● Assorted Skewers
This platter includes five skewers: pork neck, skirt
meat, and tongue from pork, as well as two types of chicken:
leg meat and tail meat from Jiyoudori (locally raised,
free-range chickens). Jiyoudori chickens are raised with pure
natural feed called "Jiyousou," and they are carefully
nurtured under strict health management. "Jiyousou" gives the
chicken a rich flavor and sweetness, and the meat is low in
fat and healthy. When you bite into it, you'll enjoy the
crispiness and the natural taste of chicken meat. This platter
offers an assortment of five popular skewers from "Yakitori
