● Sakura Shrimp Jeon
Jeon is a type of Korean pancake, similar to the Japanese okonomiyaki. It's made bite-sized and is a representative home-cooked Korean dish. Various ingredients are mixed with wheat flour and eggs, then pan-fried. In this version, we've added Shizuoka's specialty, sakura shrimp, to provide a new texture and flavor.
